This Virtual Leadership Summit provides a unique opportunity for IAIABC members to learn about current trends in leadership strategies, connect with fellow executives across jurisdictions, and leave with actionable ideas you can apply right now. Whether you are an agency administrator, program director, or manager, this summit will give you knowledge and skills to recruit and lead your employees in today’s market and beyond.

Speakers
The IAIABC is pleased to have two experienced and knowledgeable speakers facilitate this program:
Richard Hadden is a Certified Speaking Professional who focuses on connecting people to profit. He is co-author of the popular Contented Cows leadership book series, including his latest book, Contented Cows STILL Give Better Milk, and also the book Rebooting Leadership.
Terrance D’souza is the Senior Director, Business and Advanced Analytics at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). Terrance has been with the WSIB for over 20 years and has held leadership roles in corporate performance measurement, Actuarial Services and Prevention. He currently leads the end to end delivery of analytics solutions for assessing and improving current business practices through: predictive analytics, data science, corporate reporting and statistical modelling. His team also provides decision support tools to internal and external clients through program evaluation, survey measurement and enterprise performance measurement.
Terrance has a passion for identifying and developing the next generation of talent for the WSIB and looking for new and innovative ways to solve business problems.
