2020 Claims Measures Survey Report
The Claims Measures Survey provides a broad overview of workers’ compensation claims metrics across the U.S. and Canada that can be used for intra-jurisdictional comparisons. Five data points including, number of injuries, number of fatalities, average claim duration, average time lag, and number of denials are included in this survey.
