Dive-In Discussion: Recruitment and Retention

Dive-In Discussions invite IAIABC members to participate in discussions on various topics, some specific to workers’ compensation and others more general in nature. Each discussion will be preceded by a short presentation from an IAIABC community member. 

In May, we are diving into recruitment and retention. Is your organization sinking, treading water, or swimming in its efforts to recruit and retain talent? Stacey Roig, Secretary of the Commission for the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission, and Tandeka Nomvete, Director - QGrads with Questpro Consultants, will frame the topic of employment issues impacting organizations and jurisdictions.

Then, we want to hear from the IAIABC community. What challenges is your agency or organization facing in recruiting and retaining staff? Even more importantly, what tools, tips, and solutions can you share with other discussion participants? Bring your best ideas and be ready to take notes!
